Biography

Marie Chantal Leclerc is an Associate Professor in the Department of Nursing Sciences at the Université du Québec en Outaouais, Canada. Her research focuses on the implementation of evidence-informed practices, the integration of health technologies, and the transformation of nursing workflows and care processes. Her research interests also include well-being and aging. With a background in mental health nursing and a doctorate in administrative sciences with a specialization in project management, she brings together clinical, organizational, and interdisciplinary perspectives to address complex healthcare challenges. Her work is grounded in a strong commitment to remaining connected to the realities of nursing practice and to ensuring that research and innovation respond to the needs of nurses, healthcare organizations, and the people they serve.
