Biography

Ms. Shamsa Abdullah Al Sharji studied Adult Critical Care at Oman Specialized Nursing Institute, Muscat in 2014. Advanced Healthcare Practice program at the Cardiff University , Cardiff and graduated as MSc in 2019. I then obtained the position of Director of Nursing Affairs in 2024.I have written three research articles. I have published one research article in Journal of Nursing Education and Practice. And the other two in the processes of publication.
