Lisa A. Purdy is an accomplished pharmacy leader with extensive experience in clinical practice, process improvement, and professional development. For the past six years, Lisa has led professional development efforts at Riley Children’s Hospital. Her achievements include designing 14 individualized development plans to foster team growth, creating a building-block training model for inpatient pharmacy technicians, and establishing a comprehensive onboarding program. Through Lisa’s leadership, her team has realized an increase in total employee retention by 21% and engagement participation by 29%.
