Biography

Janet is the Regional Senior Director for Professional Excellence, which oversees the Kaiser Permanente (KP) Scholars Academy and Magnet. She has over 40 years of nursing experience and has held several Director positions ranging from Performance Improvement, Leadership Development, Care Experience and Clinical Education and Informatics before transitioning into her current role. Janet has a BSN from the University of Phoenix, an MSN from Dominquez Hills State University in Southern California, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Executive Leadership from University of San Francisco. She is a mentor, Caritas Coach and is a HeartMath certified trainer.
