Biography

Véronique Nabelsi, Ph.D., is a Full Professor at the Université du Québec en Outaouais and Director of the Santé Québec Outaouais Research Centre. An expert in implementation science, digital health, and Value-Based Health Care, her work focuses on transforming healthcare practices through the integration of digital solutions into real-world care and service pathways. Her research seeks to understand, design, and evaluate the conditions required for the sustainable integration of innovations to improve access, quality of care, patient and healthcare professional experience, and the efficiency of care pathways. Her areas of interest include care process redesign, interprofessional collaboration, and health service organization. She has led several projects that have resulted in the successful scale-up of digital health solutions across Quebec, Canada.
